Are you an experienced and dynamic leader in the hospitality industry? Our Clients prestigious four-star hotel in Kildare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team.

Position: Restaurant Manager**

Location: Kildare, Ireland**

Salary: €35,000 - €37,000 (Salary is not a bar for the ideal candidate)

40 hours per week.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Operational Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

- Manage and maintain a high level of customer service.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and other relevant standards.

Customer Service:

- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all guests.

- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

- Implement and maintain exceptional service standards to enhance guest satisfaction.

- Implement strategies to increase revenue and manage expenses effectively.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, motivate, and mentor the restaurant team to achieve performance goals.

- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and training.

- Promote a positive work environment and culture of teamwork and excellence.

- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards.

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the dining experience.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
