Job Description:
We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Bar Staff to join our team. As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring that our guests' needs are met promptly and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately.
Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks & Cocktails.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area.
Monitor and restock inventory, ensuring adequate supplies are always available.
Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines Provide excellent customer service and address guests' inquiries or concerns.
Collaborate with the rest of the bar and hotel staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a bartender or bar staff in a similar upscale establishment
Excellent knowledge of different types of beverages, cocktails, and drink recipes
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with guests.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
